AUCTION LOCATION

University of Washington Surplus Property Warehouse, 1117 NE Boat Street (one half block 'west of Brooklyn Avenue NE, south of NE Pacific Street).

PREVIEW DAYS AND TIMES

Friday, the day before the auction from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday, the day of the auction from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m.

REGISTRATION

To participate in the auction you must register first!

Registration is open during preview hours.

PARKING

Parking on the day of the sale is available at no charge to customers in the West Campus Parking Garage, off Brooklyn Avenue NE. Those customers driving vehicles too large to be accommodated in the garage should check-in at the Registration desk and alternate parking will be arranged.

PAYMENT

Payment will be accepted at the warehouse window during and after the auction. All items must be paid for by 1:30 p.m. the day of the auction. Cash, money orders, or cashier's checks will be accepted.

No personal checks, business checks,
or bankcards will be accepted.

REMOVAL

Removal hours are 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on the day of the auction (Saturday), and 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on the following Monday. All items must be removed by 3:00 p.m. on Monday.

The buyer is solely responsible for removal of all items. Warehouse staff will move items from the warehouse to the loading area. A forklift operator will be available to offer assistance.

TERMS

All property listed in the catalog will be sold "as is". The UW makes no guaranty, warranty, or representation expressed or implied as to the condition of any item or its usefulness for any specific purpose.
