Studies show that graduates of technology incubator programs are more than four times as likely to survive and grow as companies that do not locate in incubator programs. The high rate of survival among SIRTI alumni illustrates this advantage. SIRTI's objective is to assist small and medium-sized businesses during their startup and early-growth stages. The new SIRTI Technology Center offers nearly 30,000 square feet of three kinds of space: wet labs, office and light manufacturing.

Physical advantages of the SIRTI Technology Center include:

  • Short-term leases for all space types.
  • Flexibility in space size.
  • All labs plumbed with vacuum, compressed air, fixed & mobile casework.
  • Selected labs with fume hoods and 100% outside air.
  • Two large conference rooms and shared reception area.
  • State-of-the-art telecommunications, VPN and videoconference facilities.

While modern incubator buildings are important to clients, it is the availability of business assistance services that help ensure success. SIRTI has eleven years of experience offering such services.

Services that accompany tenancy at the Technology Center include:

  • Business assessments.
  • Business and marketing plan assistance.
  • Industry market research and financial counseling.
  • Access to advisory boards and mentoring from senior technology executives and service providers.
  • Debt and equity financing introductions, either directly or through our partners.
